Similar to other tech-centric companies, the interview process is a multi-phased, multi-day affair.
Starting with a traditional recruiter, I was asked about my general background, skillset and experience. Nothing very granular and I would guess this initial stage is to filter out any false applicants.
Second step was with a potential manager with more specific questions related to my craft and experience. More detailed questions at this stage to validate the level of skills and an overall assessment of my qualifications for the position.
Third step was a 4 hour on-campus interview. I had a dedicated "home room" where various cross-discipline employees visited me in 30-45 minute blocks. This was a bit of a marathon, but I enjoyed conversing with folks outside of the traditional video discipline. You also got a great sense of the types of individuals you might work with.
For me, this four hour block spanned the traditional lunch hour, so one of my interviews consisted of a lunch conversation.
Finally, after the full day panel, I had a final call from the recruiter with an official offer call followed by an email with specifics.
