Teams were very nice, but every single person I talked to had a different idea of who they wanted for the role. Seemed like they didn't know who they wanted, and each team wanted a totally separate rockstar. It took long periods of time to hear anything back between rounds, and thus ended up taking months to interview before not being offered the role.
