Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Ripple nel mese di dic 2023
Colloquio
The first call was an intro call to understanding more about the role and my career journey. I got asked some technical questions (scenario. based) which went well.
The second stage was a meeting with the director which was very shoddy/unfriendly , asked about projects I have worked on.

Domanda 1
Q: Examples of projects you've worked on and metrics for success from an engineering POV
The interview process was structured and thorough, aiming to evaluate both technical and strategic product management skills. Here’s how it went:
Recruiter Screening Call:
The process began with a 30-minute phone call with a recruiter. It was a casual conversation focused on my background, interest in the company, and some basic product experience. The recruiter also discussed the role, team structure, and compensation expectations.
Hiring Manager Interview:
Next, I spoke with the hiring manager. This was more in-depth and centered around my past product experience, how I prioritize features, work with cross-functional teams, and define product vision. Behavioral and situational questions were a big part of this round.
Case Study / Product Exercise:
I was given a take-home product case study that involved designing a new feature or improving an existing one. I had to outline the problem, propose a solution, and describe how I would measure success. It was a good test of real-world PM thinking.
Had an initial interview, followed by a second stage.
Haven't heard back since, i even sent a follow-up. Not good, terrible experience. Its awful when company's go cold like this, with no response.
