The interview process was really positive! The recruiters and hiring managers were incredibly supportive and helpful. One thing I'd like to mention is that for entry-level roles, it would be great to consider candidates with near the years of experience required, rather than 5-6 years of experience. I applied online, and received a screening call request two days after.
After the screening call, I was asked to complete an assignment.
After passing the assignment stage, I was invited to two calls simultaneously, at separate times; one with hiring manager, and one with director.
One day after the day those interviews took place, I was rejected by a "no-reply" email account with a boilerplate content.
I have sent the email to the recruiter who contacted me and arranged all the meetings. She said it was a mistake and said I was actually rejected because my lack of experience vis-a-vis other candidates.
