      Colloquio

Really simple, first you had an interview with a recruiter, then the head of sales then the CEO. all of these were over Skype. The fourth round took place in their office (WeWork style). There was 4 rounds, each lasting about 30 minutes and then the final round. They asked you to write a draft of the email you would send. CEO's questioning really tried to find a weakness in your resume or personality and tried to really get an answer out of you. It was a little weird, because if it was an issue, it should've been addressed during one of the phone screens. I think it's really to see how you act under pressure. Some of the questions asked during the interview come across as extremely casual, or sometimes even rude. The Head of Sales is really nice. They're also really responsive and are quick to tell you if you made it to the next round or not. Overall, it's clear this position was one where you would just write emails all day every day. If you have a good resume with solid experience, they may not give you an offer because it could be seen as a stepping stone for you.

      Colloquio

Went through a few rounds of video interviews. One with recruiter, one with Head of Sales, and the last with the CEO. Only allotted 30-45 minutes, which seemed like a pretty tight window for every interview. I had more than a few questions about the position and workplace, but had about 3 minutes to ask them at the end. Most of the interview questions were pretty standard, except for the CEO's questioning. The recruiter and head of Sales asked a lot of good questions which I thought applied to the job I was interviewing for. I was asked several questions by the CEO, however, about the details of why I left my last position, which took about 10 min. The CEO also had me draft an example of an initiating email (which would be a major part of the job) during the interview, which took another 10 minutes. We then walked through the email together to talk through my "process". Wish they had done this test a little earlier in the process, rather than leaving it to the CEO/big picture founder to do. Overall, the interview process was pretty standard. They also let me know fairly quickly when I wasn't selected.
