There were multiple interviews, sometimes even with the same person. Interviews were not difficult. The annoying part was the case study where they asked me to design an entire policy end-to-end, which I thought was more than what was required for that job. In general, I don't like case studies.

Case study plus same questions over and over. Recruiter was good at keeping me informed and warm. Didn't seem each interviewer was reviewing previous recordings ornate from other interviewers which was sad because it became monotonous

It's pretty intense with a fair number of people (6). First round was the recruiter, who seemed know more about the role than other recruiters I've interviewed with. Then the hiring manager, hiring panel, a direct report for compatibility, and a high level finalist interview. But I found everyone to be very frank and transparent about the process, the role, and the company .
