Once you apply and if you are shortlisted you will get an assessment email where you have to draft an email regarding the pay issue of an employee and there wil be some MCQ questions and once you complete it you will be email for 2nd round that is call with HR in zoom for 15 minutes and then if you get shortlisted you will get an email with the next round of interviews that there will be 2 managers round
good. Multiple questions regarding support, your contributions in previous role, how you improved the process, how you made a process more efficient.
