This was my experience: I had a tech screen, hiring manager, and then onsite. During the onsite, one of the interviewers would yawn, zone out, and seemed like he was working or doing other stuff during the interview. A week after the onsite, I did not get an answer. I reached out to the recruiter and again, did not get a response. As someone looking for a new job, they expect you to commit for 6 hours of interviews plus preparation, and to be disrespected by not only the interviewers, but also the recruiter, has indicated to me how Rippling views candidates’ and employees' time and effort, as disposable. Other big companies have shown a lot more respect and professionalism throughout the process, which makes Rippling’s behavior stand out even more.
