Good, with proper understanding of the role. Briefed my about the company and work. I had 2 rounds of interview. First was intro and 2nd was assessment round, where groups where divided and have to do the task.

Very technical at an early stage. Due to their scale Rippling uses a lot of home grown solutions where others might have purchased something turnkey. Will likely need an above average degree of technical ability to succeed in an ops role.

Interviewer was smug and condescending - Simple questions to answer about product and market fit but he made the process feel demeaning. He might not want to have been interviewing folks for the role without an Ivy league degree but it showed.
