Colloquio
Initial outreach was fast and professionally handled. Thorough if a bit disorganized screening call with HR. Good conversations with the people I would have been working with followed. Conversation with individuals who would have been at my level / colleagues not good at all. They were either passive-aggressive, outright antagonistic, or disengaged (asked no interview questions). Follow-up conversations with person ultimately charged with hiring were lukewarm, with promises of a decision within a week. No communication since then.

I applied for a director position. One of their recruiters called me on a Saturday evening and left a voicemail about scheduling a time to talk. I sent the recruiter an email the following Monday, but I didn't receive a response or call back M-F. She called me again the following Saturday evening and left a voicemail. I missed her call, but sent an email later that night letting her know I was still interested and available to speak the following week. I never heard from her again. I choose not to pursue the opportunity further because I found it odd that I was getting called Saturday evenings, yet my emails were ignored.
