It’s a 4 part process. You complete application and take an online test to see if you will get an interview. If you pass, they conduct a phone interview. If you move past the phone interview you have an interview with the manager and director. If you pass that then you get to meet the VP and from there you will know your next steps. Either they will hire you or you will not receive an offer. This took a course of 3-4 weeks.
