Not stressful at all. There was a written test containing questions related to programming and logical thinking. This was followed by a technical interview with two of the developers, where they asked me questions about my CV and the answers to my test. I was asked to explain my thought process and my answers to some questions. The interview after this was with the managing director - this was very short. Afterwards I was asked about my salary expectations.
