Slow and vague. It is as they are feeling you out to see how little they can pay you. The people seem nice there but many do not understand that they can go elsewhere for employment. Benefits are good but they use that as leverage to pay you a lower hourly rate.

Mostly about the company and what you understand about the position. They will leverage the "As Other Duties Assigned" as a means not to hire a person if they ask for position duties.
