First, you fill out a traditional paper application and turn in it in. Next, you complete an online survey and the results are sent to store management within 1-3 days of completion. You MUST complete this survey in order to be considered for employment so, be sure to ask for the web address when applying in-store.
Depending on the store or management, you are more than likely to be hired if you previously worked with the company (extenuating circumstances aside) or knowing someone who works for the company.

Tips for Online Survey:
- READ the questions fully.
- THINK about your answer and all possible outcomes of the multiple selections.
- Ask yourself: "What action will have the best possible outcome in customer service?" And select that answer.
In person:
Honestly, the questions are up to the store managers' discretion, but a good rule of thumb is to go in with a great, can-do attitude and willingness to work.

After submitting application online you have to wait for then to email back. Really easy 1 phone interview with recruiter after applying online, they will send you an email with time frame.
It was very easy and they want what is best for you. The manager asked me about my availability and is looking for motivated and outgoing people to hire. I signed some papers and had to get a drug test and I started work the following week. The management is excellent.
