They didn't show up for first interview, seemed unprepared for second despite both being already signed up for a week in advance, without sending any form of email or notification of cancellation

Asked about how well you can deal with 'putting out a bunch of fires', pointing to an overworked and mismanaged amount of work for each employee. (Probably not helped by the store itself not having anything on the shelves anymore)

It was an in person interview. Went over resume and asked typical interview questions by the pharmacy manager. Had a great chat and learned more about the position as well.
