Applied online. Got called in for generic interview with situational/behavioral questions. It was long and somewhat exhausting as the interviewer wrote my questions word-for-word but the questions were mostly straightforward.

It was fast and smooth. We had a short discussion about the job and company. Didn't really specify the role. I only got the role later on in the next in-person interview.

Very rushed interview. Seemed like the manager's mind was made up when we started. Questions were scripted STAR style questions. I was then asked if I wanted to ask any questions. After giving answers to about a total of 4 questions and asking my own questions, no follow up was done with me. I also sent a follow-up thank email. However, not a down to earth manager and almost no interest in my background. If this was the case, I should have not been scheduled an interview.
