Initial phone interview with HR that was really casual and informal. Next I was invited for a more formal interview with HR with more behavioral questions and finally an interview with the Director with behavioral and more personal questions. The questions were pretty standard and focused on customer service, problem resolutions etc.

We don't typically hire interns in this department because it doesn't make sense to train someone for 6 months and lose them. What makes you special?
