In person interview with the hiring manager who has a form to fill out from HR with 4-5 questions about scenerios and experience. More "tell me about a time when you handled a tense negotiation" , "tell me about your greatest sales accomplishment"

Multiple interviews with multiple individuals then the company ghosts the applicant. They look for unicorns and can't make a decision. I would not invest too much time with this company.
