I went through three stages: one with an HR rep, one with the Chief Programme Officer and Chief of HR, and one with my eventual boss. All of them were targeted at understanding my background, testing my knowledge of the sector and languages, as well as questions that made it possible for them to understand my character and whether I would fit in the team or not.
