A long, disorganized, inflexible and bumbling mess. I was subjected to a long multistage process all so they could go with a candidate that they’d more or less already chosen anyway. My interview was done remotely but this isn’t an option for me to choose.

There were several rounds wherein I sat with various managers who asked insightful questions. The process was thorough and took about three hours to complete, which was a bit longer than I had anticipated.
