I met with two people thus far in the process and emailed twice asking for an update a week after my last meeting and did not hear back. It's been over a month since I last met with them so I'm assuming that I've been ghosted. I think it would have been a better experience if I had received some kind of response about if I'm going to the next round, if they selected someone else, or if there was any feedback.

One phone call interview, request to send CV and never heard from the recruiter in Europe again. Not even a decline. This is not only bad business practice but also reflects negatively on this company.

Hiring screener seemed nice, but very inexperienced and amateur at dealing with candidates. They left a voicemail without a last name and no email asking for screening times.
