I had a total of five interviews, one with the recruiter, three lunch interviews and one office interview. In the end I was told I didn't have enough GL accounting experience and I had too much Audit experience. This was not a surprise, you could clearly see this from my resume. Why waste my time and yours by having me go in five interviews.

Smooth interview process. I had an initial recruiter screen, interview with a director in the practice, and then the partner. It was a simple and very straightforward process. I admired how it was done in 2 main interviews, as opposed to 5+.
