Contacted by the recruiter in mid-July, attended a "meet & greet" at the end of July. Upon arrival there was well over 100 new grads there. Each one of us was told to pick 2 departments to choose from ( out of Med-surg, Telemetry, ICU and Float) then after waiting for over an hour in a line, we were told to pick 1 department. It felt very impersonal, and was very disorganized. Myself, along with a few other classmates, never heard back regarding our status or decision.

The interview was completed online through a video basis. Once you have opened the site you have 72 hours to complete the interview. They ask you four questions and you have unlimited times that you are able to re-record yourself.
