I had a phone interview and then a face to face interview After I was offered and accepted the position I did have to have a background check for the company. I also had to get an updated TB test and MMR vaccination.

Behavioral interview coupled with a computer-based survey. I was interviewed by HR and then by the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked general questions related to how i would handle real-life situations related to patient confidentiality or how I would resolve potential conflicts with coworkers. Overall pretty standard.
