Basically, I was ghosted. When I reminded myself to a recruiter, she was surprised that she forgot me - no excuse or anything. I applied again, this time through DM. Nobody was interested in what I know, what I do, how can I help and what I am bringing, the only problem for them was why I dont apply through their ATS system. It is simple, they either ghoste you or you give them ammunition so they will fire at you their autogenerated rejection. The email echange with their recruiter turned prety nasty.
