Colloquio
Absolute joke of a company.
Interviews were easy: screening, soft tech talk, live coding in frontend (Vue) and code review in backend (C#), another soft tech talk, offer.
For me the issues were:
1. shameless low-ball offer. when I asked about this I was given generic big corpo response despite them saying during screening that what I was asking for was generally what they could offer;
2. the position was hybrid meaning some days in office. but they offer no free parking initially. better yet they have listed it as a perk which you can be eligible for after the end of trial period;
3. after accepting offer i was asked to sign multiple documents, one of which had wording that would pretty much allow them to print tshirts with my face if they wanted. when questioned about this I expected a mature and grown-up back and forth discussion but the responses became veeery slow and suddenly they withdrew the offer;
And that's it. 4-6 hours of wasted time only to play silly games at the end.

I had 4 steps of interview with 7 people, where except at the first step (which was with the recruiter), at all other steps I saw no non-Indian. I have no problem with Indian guys, but what I observed, could be a sign of nationality bias in that company.
Besides, the technical interview time was initially supposed to be 90 minutes, but then was changed into 60 minutes. This resulted in a repeatedly reminding of limited remaining time, which had negative impact on my concentration.

If you have too many simultaneous requests that affect the system's performance, what you'll do?
Last but not least, some of their questions were such ambiguous or general that without having prior explanation about the questions' purpose you couldn't be sure how you should have answered it.
