Recruiter sent an email to set up the call. They kept postponing the call. They started calling me at at time which they informed me like 30 minutes in advance and despite me telling that it won’t work; they kept calling at that time. I ended up talking to them later in the evening (out of typical office hours) as they were busy. Other than that, they said they would set up a call with the team lead/director and follow up. But no follow up. I got a automated response message saying they’re not proceeding with me that too on a weekend. Clearly they dint have the courtesy to send an email or provide feedback. I even sent an email as a follow up but no response. Rivian really needs to step up their recruiting game. I saw a team of people from the director to recruiter from a same previous company. Is there favoritism ?
