The interview process for this role (and other roles at Rivian from my understanding) was pretty nontraditional. There was no behavioral interview with a recruiter. Instead, I had just one 45 minute interview with the mentor for the position (not the manager) that was mostly behavioral. Apparently, Rivian is hiring a lot of people at the moment, and their interview process is pretty quick and informal for many positions.
