The first stage of the interview process was great. Things moved quickly, then with the Christmas and new years there was a large gap. Had a great interview with the recruiter and the team, and I thought things went well . I was told the decision would be made in about a week and it ended up taking nearly 3 weeks. I was I sent an email saying that they would like to have a call to discuss the ‘final decision’. Recruiter did not call when she said she would. She ended up calling the next day to give me a polite let down. This would have been better as an email as that last part of the experience was really not necessary and wasted my time and theirs. Seems like a great company. A little disorganised and rag tag.
