Interview consisted of a recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, then the final interview loop that consisted of a panel. First section includes a 45min technical presentation, then 30min one-on-one follow ups with the panel.

Each interviewer had a focus. One would question you on company culture, another would focus on cross functional fit, and one or two would focus on technical proficiency.

A recruiter sends a link to schedule a quick call. I get an automated invite and link to join on the scheduled appointment.
The guy never joins. Reaches out to me one week later with the argument that he was on vacation. No apology or anything.
Then suggestes to call again and then ghosts out.
No wonder the stock is plummeting, their employees are nothing more than rude unprofessional kids with big egos.

One of the worst interview in the recent times, I had a phone interview with one of the Senior Engineer in the team. Not sure if he really interviewed to recruit someone for his team, or there could be some candidate with strong referral who knows may be he wants his friend in the team again not sure about his intention. As an interviewer he as to articulate the problem well that too being a senior member in the team I am surprised to see that behavior. I strongly suggest other not to waste time interviewing in such an organization. I believe even the interviewer doesn’t have clear solution for the problem in his mind.
