Met for an interview and talked about my school and career goals then proceeded to explain the work place environment and I had to read a packet about safety and other important things.

As an intern, the interview process was not very in-depth. They mainly spoke to me about past experiences in internships and the previous jobs on my resume. It was a very relaxed experience. After the first few initial questions the interview became a conversation, and then basically an introduction into the company's ideals and structure.
