Very long process including multiple phone screens, panels and case study exercises. I imagine they’ll lose some candidates along the way if they don’t tighten up this process as they grow. Otherwise it was a positive experience- very friendly interviewers and recruiter! Fun albeit challenging exercise.

Seemed like an interesting company on the surface and initial recruiter contact went well. But the actual interview process was a letdown. The interviewers showed up late, were easily distracted, and seem to have differing ideas on what the role is, expectations and what success looks like. One of the interviewers, was actually very off-putting and aggressive. From a candidate's point of view, she entered the interview hot and with her mind already made up. Post interview communications was a breakdown with no feedback or clarification on anything.

They asked differing questions based on their differing views of what the role is. Suggest they get on the same page first before speaking with candidates.
