Interview process was quicker than expected. First step was a screening call with HR. Second step was a practical nursing assignment. Third step was a panel style interview with a couple of the nurses on the team. I have to say that was the most uncomfortable interview I have ever been on. Interviews are supposed to feel more like a conversation. This was a 20 minute session of being grilled after grilled with questions. The interviewers didn’t even acknowledge my answer or debrief about it. They asked a question, I answered, and jumped right into the next one. There was no conversation, I felt like I was talking to a wall. I left the interview not feeling great about it at all, at least HR was kind enough to send a rejection letter I really did appreciate that. Overall, I was kind of expecting the interview process not to go great because I had read previous Glassdoor reviews about the interview experience at Ro. My input would be is to have more personable, energetic, and experienced interviewers, a potential candidate should never feel uncomfortable and not welcomed.
