The entire conduct of the hiring process was extremely unprofessional. No clear communication of the process or timelines. I was told that I will expect a random call which can happen anytime today, tomorrow or maybe next week (happened 3 weeks later btw). All rounds took them 2 months to complete. After making the candidate go through 4 rounds, which included a case presentation, they dont have the basic profesionalism of sending a simple rejection email. Throughout the process the roles and responsibilities were kept vague, and no information provided by company on what they have to offer, only increasing their ask about what they want from the candidate. In the last round, their CEO sounded very immature, as if he is having a twitter argument instead of conducting interview. He was quickly forming his opinions, contradicting his own words, and trying to dominate the conversation.
