Was contacted by Tech Recruiter, discussed about the future goals and salary. Then she sent me an HackerRank Assessment to be completed in 7 days. Even after completing it way before time and all the correct answers, was rejected because of huge number of applications were submitted for the position.

Colloquio
I had a brief call with HR and then was asked to do a technical assessment on Woven. Assessment wasn't too bad. What is frustrating is that I seemed to pass the 3 assessments but still got immediately rejected. This is an early career position so not sure what a company expects a candidate to do in 45 minutes besides get the code working and get most of the tests to pass. I would certainly have done more if I had the time.
