The process was great! Matt, their recruiter, made everything seamless. He was extremely friendly, informative, and sent updates when he said he would (which a lot of times, when recruiters give an ETA of sending updates, usually those updates actually come days or weeks later.. which is fine! Recruiters get busy and hiring can get delayed). I had two interviews. The first one was a phone interview with Matt and the second was a video interview with the two people I'd be reporting two. My video interview was scheduled for 45 minutes and our conversation was going so well that we ended up speaking for an hour and a half. I didn't mind that at all; It felt more like a conversation and I enjoyed it so much. I was, of course, nervous going into the video interview but once the interview started, the main person interviewing let me know that it would be more like a conversation and I immediately felt at ease. I marked the interview difficult as very easy because of how well I clicked with my interviewers and how much of a good fit I ended up being for the role. If I wasn't a good fit, I'm not sure that it would've felt quite as easy. But I also wasn't interviewing for say, an engineer or rocket scientist role, so the interview also would've never been very difficult LOL
