The interview process was structured in multiple steps. The first interview focused on getting to know me, my background, and my clinical experience. The second interview was more focused on the role itself, including a detailed overview of the job description, compensation structure, schedule expectations, and agreements.
I appreciated that the practice shared these details early on, before moving forward to a more in-depth clinical interview. From my understanding, there is a third stage focused on clinical skills, but they aim to make sure candidates fully understand the role beforehand so neither side wastes time.
After the second interview, I decided not to move forward, as the position was not fully aligned with what I was looking for. Overall, I found the process thoughtful and transparent.
