1st round aptitude where the basics about your core branch and basics about IT was asked
2nd round technical were major question were based on your project since i was a fresher and one C programming question was asked
3rd round HR were general Hr round questions were asked

I have appeared in written tests, where they have asked me, subjects like English, Quant, Reasoning, Digital, Signal, Control, 8051 microcontroller etc.
Read these subjects thoroughly and you will have to be fast in solving problems.
it was really good should know certain technical concepts and the Hr interview was pretty basic and it had normal questions based on what you give in your Cv
