Process starts with the online application. After that an english proficieny test has been submitted online which was quite easy. After that there has been an interview with HR that took an hour long.I was well prepared but since I need to travel from another city for that interview I was tired and HR did not offer me a more suitable day. In addition to these I need to wait for half an hour that may count as negative part of the process. HR asked questions like "what do we produce in that factory?", "why our company" , "where do you see yourself five year from now?". That was the last interview for me, did not manage to take next step.

The interview process consisted of an online application, followed by a behavioural interview with engineering managers. Questions focused on teamwork, problem-solving, technical interests, and past project experience. The interview was conversational and relaxed, with opportunities to discuss university projects and career goals.
The Interviews are led by the departments you apply for. For me it was just a single interview, wich was mainly about the personal fit and my experiences. It's advisable to prepare a presentation about yourself.
1. Online application, via their website.
2. About 2-3 weeks later, receive an email about the interview. It is basically about behaviorial questions, not very technical.
3. 1 week later, receive the result.
