There're two interviews asking you question at the same time. First, introduce your self. Then give you some real problem like how to count the number of people in a classroom (tracking people's head!)
mostly about the basic ideas of computer vision and machine learning:
1. Do you know some tracking methods?
2. Do you know Viola-Jones framework
3. Do you know PCA? what the consequences of applying PCA to dataset
4. Do you know LDA
5. Do you know Real-Adaboost?
6. Do you know Haar-like feature? why it is called haar-like?
Anyway, the interview is almost based on you resume.

Der Interviewer hat zuerst kurz das Projekt vorgestellt und dann angefangen, Fragen zu stellen. Überraschenderweise ging es im gesamten Gespräch überhaupt nicht um meinen persönlichen Hintergrund oder meine bisherigen Erfahrungen

Colloquio
Just a quick and short interview; the whole application process fast and responsive; only one round phone interview; only ask for four or five question. All question is straight forward and direct
Won't feel stress and takes up to one hour for the interview, interviewer will share the job scope during interview and makes the interview like normal conversation, Everything is great and I get the offer after two days of the interview.
