A week after my online application, I received the invitation to a phone interview. My interview partner was very polite and professional. The questions had a strong focus on team and leadership competences. Some questions about technical skills and prior job experience. The interview took about 30 minutes.

Zuerst gabs ein automatisiertes Video Interview. Als nächstes Schritt kam dann ein Tag Assessment Center in Stuttgart (Anreise bezahlt von Bosch). Für alle die dort weiter gekommen sind gab es dann nochmal ein Gespräch mit potentiellen zukünftigen Mentoren.

Einreichung der Unterlagen online, dann innerhalb einer Woche online Bewerbungsmonolog mit kurzen Aufgabenbeschreibungen und anschließender Präsentation der Ergebnisse in die Kamera (etwa 5 Fragen, jeweils ca. 90-180 Sekunden). Innerhalb weniger Tage Rückmeldung

Danach gab es für jeden Teilnehmer entweder ein weiteres Einzelinterview oder ein Feedbackgespräch indem erläutert wurde warum man an dieser Stelle ausgeschieden ist.
Sehr gute Atmosphere!
Fahrtkosten und Hotelaufenthalt wurden ebenfalls bezahlt!
