I had an introductory phone interview with Bosch as part of their hiring process. The conversation focused mostly on my personal background, experiences and interests. They asked several questions about my education, skills, and motivations, along with one semi-technical question related to my previous job role. The interviewer was friendly, and it felt like they wanted to get to know me better. However, despite the positive tone, I wasn’t selected for a second interview.
