Had a interview with a recruiter who stated they can help set up interview w/employer. He asked for my range, location and so forth and said he'll get back to me. I thought the interview process went well and spoken to a couple times after. Then, he just disappeared, didn't call, didn't return any calls. Hint: once recruiter fills his quota, (volume per say) you are used as a statistic to sometimes show that he/she has gathered enough participants for regarding position. Don't be disappointed if it happens to you. It's like when car dealers need to meet their quota at the end of the month. Keep applying!
