Screening interview for a temp in-house placement. Seemed like the recruiter wanted to "get me in the system" even though I clearly wasn't a fit for the position. I'm an experienced in-house generalist and their client was looking for someone with experience in a very specific, relatively esoteric practice area.

Recruiter was an attorney and talked about her personal problems the whole time. Talked how she hated working there and told me of their 35% mark up. Sd mgr always complained about quotas- recruiting & sales. Most unprofessional interview ever. Felt like her shrink. Not about my experience.
