The interview process was multi-step and included an interview with the recruiter, account manager, current Robert Half consultants, and client team. Background checks included reference checking with multiple former managers.
Good rapport with the interviewer, but really hard to read. Lack of direction and expectation in terms of the role, which makes it very hard to genuinely match the conversation. There was no response after the interview.

Pretty quick, took about a week or so, they're personable and understanding. Just be yourself and answer questions using STAR format and you'll be golden. I think their process is pretty holistic, if you have a skillset to offer their client-base.
