A recruiter from Robert Half contacted me after reviewing my resume online. We had a lenghty conversation about prior experience. I had taken 2 ProveIt tests which went well but did not hear from the recruiter after completing the tests. I contacted the agency and the recruiter was in training for several days. The next time I contacted the agency the recruiter was out sick throughout the week. I am now researching other agencies to work with to see which has received the best reviews.
