I'm in their database, so when they hire a new recruiter, they have them call up inactive designers. Then they schedule an 'interview', bring up several possible jobs that are a good fit. Then you don't hear from them again until the next new recruiter is hired. Then, the whole process repeats. This has happened SEVERAL times. Now I just ignore the new recruiters.
