I came in to interview and was coached on updates to my resume to make me more marketable. I felt as if my skills were recognized and was comfortable discussing my experience. I think if I had known they wanted more "vanilla" HR people, I would have developed a different kind of resume.
Interview process was easy and straightforward. It is mostly about understanding your background to know where to place you and which assignments you might be a good fit for. There was a phone screening first then an interview.

First interview to work for Robert Half was simple and smooth. The recruiter gather my information and said will be in touch. I sent a follow up email and I got crickets. 3 weeks later the direct hire department reached me out and said your profile and assessment look good, I don’t know why we didn’t hire you.
