There was 1 phone interview and 4 face to face interviews. There are many people you meet with, they don't really seem to talk to each other, so you end up repeating yourself a lot. Because there are so many people involved in the process, you are not only given different info but a lot of it is conflicting information. One person extended me an offer and another withdrew it.

The interview was mostly about past experiences and ability to sales goals. There are many people you meet with, they don't really seem to talk to each other, so you end up repeating yourself a lot. Because there are so many people involved in the process, you are not only given different info but a lot of it is conflicting information. One person extended me an offer and another withdrew it.
I had quite a few shorter conversations where I got to learn about different teams and practice groups. There was a ton of transparency in the process and I felt like I really got to know the company.

Had an initial call with a recruiter, she seemed brand new. Had another call with a Account Manager. Have followed up for the past 2 weeks with ZERO response. I would expect something, it doesn't matter if you're not moving forward not responding at all is unprofessional. I don't know if this is how they deal with clients but very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

Wonderful experience, great front desk experience and kind knowledgeable manager did the interview. Great place to work! Friendly people in the Finance/Accounting Recruiting space. Interview was straight forward and positive experience.
