I had a phone interview with branch manager in Cleveland who found my resume on Indeed. After convincing me of the position he asked that I come into the office and meet the team. Then in-person interview with my direct boss. Interview with senior peer. And last, ride-along in the bullpen for 2 hours listening to calls and sitting in on interviews. Once I was given an offer I had a background and drug tests and started the next week.

Easy process, very easy people to speak to and everyone was really nice. They made the interview process very enjoyable and seemed like they wanted to get to know me as a person first.

Very formal interview. Was brought coffee. There was a mixture of differential people that i met with. We had a conversation About my work history and what drives me. Completed my 3rd interview now doing a shadow meet and greet.
